Ten Acre Park is a premium equestrian facility in Canterbury, created to provide quality facilities, flexible services and reliable horse care in one well-managed location.

Purpose-built for horses and riders, the property supports overnight stays, rehabilitation, agistment, training, facility hire and longer-term care.

Purpose-Built for Equestrians

Established in 2022, Ten Acre Park is purpose-built for equestrians, by equestrians.

Located near Christchurch Showgrounds and McLeans Island with easy motorway access, it’s the perfect base for shows, clinics, or travelling around the South Island.

We offer overnight stays, facility hire, agistment, and grazing, providing everything you need in one reliable, well-managed location.

Every horse is cared for in a calm, organised environment designed to make life easier for both horses and riders.

Facilities That Make Life Easier

The property includes a 60m x 40m all-weather arena with show jumps, a 650m grass exercise track, indoor stables and outdoor yards, day paddocks, sand-based small paddocks with shelter sheds, large equine-fenced grass paddocks, float and truck parking, and on-site self-contained accommodation.

There’s also a well-equipped shed with everything needed for daily routines, making life simple and convenient.

All areas are maintained to provide a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for both horses and riders.

Hi, I’m Trelise — owner and operator of Ten Acre Park.

I’ve been working with horses for 10 years and have competed successfully across multiple disciplines, including eventing, showjumping, and dressage, with national-level wins among my highlights. I run my own competitive team, own multiple horses, and have hands-on experience working in racehorse training stables and showjumping yards.

Ten Acre Park was created as a purpose-built equestrian facility designed to meet all your equestrian needs. With well-planned facilities, consistent routines, and professional day-to-day management, our focus is on providing a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for both horses and riders. Strong relationships with trusted veterinarians, farriers, and equine professionals ensure a high standard of care, giving owners confidence and peace of mind.

My goal is simple: to provide five-star facilities and care, along with complete peace of mind for every owner—whether they entrust their horse with me or utilising our facilities.
